KARACHI: The Sindh government on Sunday said it would ask the provincial high court’s chief justice to form a judicial commission to assess the impartiality and legality of the Mir Raza Ali murder investigation. However, Ali’s family counsel objected to the move and said they would approach the Sindh High Court on Monday. The development follows his parents’ appeal to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah for direct oversight, alleging the probe promoted a suicide narrative.
