Sindh cabinet has approved funds for the installation of automatic number plate recognition cameras (ANPRC) at all the entry and exit points of toll plazas across the province. The decision was taken in the meeting of the cabinet, presided over by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah. The cabinet approved Rs1.56 billion for the project, which is aimed at enhancing security at entry points through the installation of high-definition CCTV cameras on 40 toll plazas.
