Islamabad: Former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar vowed on Sunday that he would not give up and fight legal battle after the Pakistan Television Corporation (PTVC). PTVC sent him a recovery notice of Rs100 million in damages and asked him to reimburse three months’ paycheck for transgressing clauses of their agreement. ‘Akhtar’s conduct towards official requirements according to the binding clauses of referred agreement has not only been observed as casual, but a total violation of the agreement,’ stated recovery notice.
