5.6-magnitude earthquake jolts parts of Sindh, Balochistan

Several districts of Sindh and Balochistan witnessed earthquake tremors on Thursday, the Seismic Monitoring Centre of the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said. Sindh to launch 'massive operation' against dacoits in Katcha area: Home Minister

Sindh Home Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar on Wednesday said that a massive operation is being launched against dacoits in the Katcha (riverine) area. All passengers recovered after armed bandits' attack on Ghotki bus

All passengers abducted from a passenger bus near Ubauro in Sindh’s Ghotki district have been recovered, including one deceased, police said on Tuesday, following an operation against armed bandits. The incident occurred on the Guddu-Kashmore Road near Murid Shakh, where more than 20 bandits stopped the bus, opened fire, and broke its windows before abducting 14 passengers, Sindh Police confirmed.
