Okara University Officials Ordered to Furnish Sureties
An Okara sessions court has directed the University of Okara vice chancellor and public relations officer to furnish sureties in a private complaint filed by a woman teacher alleging harassment, defamation and misuse of authority. The officials appeared before the court following repeated summons. The complainant alleged her salary and benefits were withheld and promotion obstructed after she refused unwanted demands.
