Islamabad: A case was heard in the Supreme court against the appointment of Special Assistants to the Chief Minister of Balochistan. Accepting the appeal for hearing against the High Court (IHC)’s decision in the matter, the Supreme Court (SC) issued notices to relevant parties. The Balochistan govt requested to suspend the decision of the high court. On this, Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan remarked that if the law itself had been abolished then what should be suspended.
