Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Syrian President Bashar Al Assad met on the sidelines of the Arab League summit in Manama, Bahrain. Mr Al Assad is attending his second Arab League summit after regaining Syria’s membership of the 22-member bloc last year during the summit in Riyadh.
