Saudi Arabia welcomed “the positive decision” by Norway, Spain, and Ireland to recognize the State of Palestine. This “underscores the international consensus on the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination”, the Saudi Foreign Ministry said. Riyadh called on other countries to do the same.
