Moscow: On Monday, Russia urgently demanded a response from the United States on its comprehensive security commands. It also warned of a possible Russian military response unless it saw political action to sate its interests. A Russian diplomat in Vienna, Konstantin Gavrilov, said that ties between Moscow and NATO had attained a “moment of truth”.
