The Pakistani rupee experienced slight depreciation against the US dollar, weakening by 0.15% in the interbank market on Wednesday. According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the rupee settled at 279.88, marking a decrease of Rs.0.45 n the interbank market. In the open market, the PKR was being sold at Rs.281.50 against the greenback.
