Islamabad: The Pakistan rupee appreciated by 94 paisa against the dollar in the interbank trading on Friday and closed at Rs. 259.99 against the previous day’s closing of Rs. 260.93. According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollars in the open market were recorded at Rs. 266.6 and Rs. 269.3 respectively. The price of the Euro decreased by Rs. 1.74 and closed at Rs. 275.26 against the last day’s closing of Rs. 277.00, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
