Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin and his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden agreed to keep up with the talks amid the tensions over a Russian troop line-up near Ukraine. The Kremlin reported on Sunday that Putin would like to meet in person at some stage too. Both leaders focused on East-West ties, which were plunged to their lowest level since the end of the Cold War.
