On Monday, the President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi presided over a joint meeting of Parliament marking the start of the fourth year in the National Assembly. He aspired that democratic values and tolerance would thrive in the country. Talking about economic challenges, he praised the govt’s role in making the economy better even amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
