UN humanitarian agency the World Food Programme said that it has food ready to go into Gaza “at all possible entry points”. “We’ve piled up food that has been coming in from the region at all possible entry points to Gaza,” Palestine’s country director for the WFP Samer Abdeljaber stated. “The food is loaded and ready for the green light to go inside and reach the people in need. “We just need a simple thing: access. People in Gaza should not go hungry when food is next door,” he added.
