People are very worried that the ceasefire may not hold and that’s only increased since yesterday given the deadline given by Donald Trump. We’re now in an area that’s still controlled by the Israeli military, just 2km (1.2 miles) from the Philadelphi Corridor. Many of the residential buildings are empty. There are only a few people due to the trucks that are coming in and people are worried to come back to their homes because they’re in range of Israeli fire. This is part of the growing fear that this could turn into permanent displacement.
