Pakistan has warmly welcomed the normalization of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran facilitated by the People’s Republic of China. “Pakistan firmly believes that this important diplomatic breakthrough will contribute to peace and stability in the region and beyond,” the Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson said in a statement.
