Pakistan and Uzbekistan agreed to increase bilateral trade and investment through “public and private sectors relevant commerce chambers, export development and investment promotion agencies”. Leading companies of pharmaceuticals, textile, leather, agricultural, and construction material will be invited for investment by both countries. Representatives of both countries decided to hold annual meetings of the Intergovernmental Commission. The next will be held in Islamabad.
