Norway urged donors to resume their aid to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, the UNRWA. Several countries suspended payments to the UN Relief and Works Agency after Israel alleged in January that some of its staff had taken part in the Hamas-led October 7 attacks on Israel. Some have since resumed providing aid.
