Per the new development in the case, Zahir Jaffer’s lawyer, Sikander Zulqarnain Saleem, has submitted an application by his mother, Ismat Adamjee, which proved him suffering from a mental disorder after using drugs. The application also stated that the local police deliberately held his medical condition.
