Joint List chairman Yousef Jabareen said any party seeking to replace Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government would have to engage with his faction, Israeli media reported. Partial election results suggested Arab-led parties could win a combined 19 seats in the Knesset. “Anyone who wants to offer a substantive and genuine alternative to Netanyahu’s government of bloodshed will have to talk to us in order to pave the way for the change that the Israeli public longs for,” Mr Jabareen told Channel 13.
