A Karachi judicial magistrate on Saturday extended anchorperson Iqrarul Hassan’s physical remand by two days in a case involving alleged anti-state and defamatory social media content. The court rejected the cybercrime agency’s request for 10 additional days and directed it to produce Hassan on October 19. His lawyer’s plea for discharge was also dismissed.
