Pakistan Plans Five-Year Roadmap to Boost Kinnow Exports

The government has directed authorities to develop a five-year roadmap to boost Pakistan’s kinnow exports and address longstanding trade barriers. Proposed measures include daily fruit convoys across Iran’s border, faster customs clearance, refrigerated freight trains and financial facilitation for exporters. Authorities will also examine tariff barriers in the Philippines and valuation issues in Russia to improve market access.
