Chilean authorities announced that the Sinovac company of China is constructing a new vaccine plant in Chile. It is expected that this plant will begin to produce doses of vaccine at the beginning of 2022. Executives of China’s Sinovac visited different sites near Santiago and Chile’s northern desert for the construction of the plant.
