Brussels: On Oct 20, Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary-General announced that the federation would still need dialogue with Russia after Moscow suspended its diplomatic mission to the alliance. While briefing a news conference, Stoltenberg confided, “The relationship between NATO and Russia is now at the lowest point since the end of the Cold War. For us, that’s not an argument against dialogue”.
