Brussels: On Oct 11, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said that the Western defense alliance would stand with Kyiv as long as it took. “While Russia is increasingly resorting to horrific and indiscriminate attacks on civilians and critical infrastructure, President Putin is failing in Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said in a meeting of NATO defense ministers in Brussels.
