On Tuesday, the Director-General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar stated that the country’s first-ever National Security Policy (NSP) was an “important milestone in the security of Pakistan”. He also said that the inclusive framework recognized the interlinkages between various strands of national security.
