Murree prepares for snowfall season with a new safety plan, deploying 100 volunteers and key department staff to assist tourists and manage traffic.

Ahead of the snowfall season starting November 1, Murree’s administration has activated a comprehensive safety plan following the tragic 2022 incident. With Rs. 59.3 million requested for emergency resources, 100 civil defense volunteers will assist tourists. Staff from key departments, including NHA and Traffic Police, will be deployed for enhanced safety through February 28.
