Mubasher Lucman in his Twitter message said that murderer of Noor Muqaddam must be charged with Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA). Moreover, he mentioned that neither police are producing the murderer’s cell phone nor charging him with ATA. In his tweet he said, “Please raise your voice this murderer must not get away”.
