More than 13,000 Syrians have fled Lebanon over the past three days, a Lebanese minister has told Reuters. About 27,000 people have crossed the border into Syria in the last 72 hours, caretaker Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi said. Of this number, about half were Syrian citizens. This only accounts for people leaving through official border crossings, Mr Mawlawi added.
