A team of masked robbers is said to have broken into the hotel where Lionel Messi is staying with his family in Paris.
Thousands of pounds in cash and jewelry are reported to have been stolen from four rooms at the Parisian hotel Le Royal Monceau.
The robbers are suspected to have obtained unauthorized access to the property by climbing down the building’s walls from the roof.
On CCTV, two masked guys were seen entering through an open balcony entrance on the sixth floor, just one level above where Messi is sleeping.
Messi and his family are expected to leave the hotel shortly after he allegedly secured a property to rent in the city.
