The formation of the federal cabinet has been challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday. In his petition filed in the high court, Azhar Siddiq advocate said the size of the federal cabinet cannot be over 42, but the incumbent federal cabinet has swelled to 85. The petition also stated that the 85-member federal cabinet of the Sharif government is a clear violation of Article 92 (1) of the Constitution.
