Author Kamila Shamsie revealed that she would be releasing a new book this year called ‘Best of Friends’. The book is inspired by decades-old conversations and set in the era of Benazir Bhutto. It is scheduled to release on September 27. Shamsie disclosed that the upcoming storyline would be about two young girls Zahra and Maryum, who were best friends, grew up together and choose different paths in life.
