Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank arrested at least 11 Palestinians, including a journalist, the Wafa news agency reported. At least seven were detained in Ramallah, while in Sinjil, the Israeli army confiscated three private vehicles and cash in shekels worth about $2,800, Wafa said. Four Palestinians were reportedly arrested in a raid in Tulkaram. Journalist Hamza Safi, 31, was arrested in the city following a raid by Israeli soldiers.
