Jordan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi praised the UK’s decision to suspend some arms export licenses to Israel, official news agency Petra reported. In a post on X on Tuesday, Mr Safadi called for expanding the scope of this suspension and urged all countries to impose a complete arms embargo on Israel. “Unless consequences are real, Netanyahu will not end his aggression on Gaza and the West Bank, and will not stop violating international law and threatening the security of the whole region,” he said.
