Israel has killed 52,495 people and wounded 118,366 others since October 7, 2023, the ministry of health has reported. At least 77 bodies, including seven who were pulled under the rubble, arrived to hospitals in the last 48 hours, it said. On Saturday, one more child died from starvation – bringing the total number of people killed by malnutrition to 53 – as a result of Israel’s food and water blockade on Gaza, the official news agency Wafa reported.
