The Israeli army has issued a statement regarding its attack on the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital complex in central Gaza’s Deir el-Balah city, claiming that it struck an alleged Hamas military wing commander. Its statement did not name the victim or offer any evidence to support its claim. Earlier, it was reported that an unidentified number of Palestinians were injured in the Israeli drone attack on a tent inside hospital complex, according to our colleagues on the ground.
