The Constitution and Judicial Committee in the Israeli Knesset approved a new draft law aiming at suspending the work of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the occupied Jerusalem. The draft law was passed to the Ministerial Committee for Legislation, in preparation for a first reading vote in the Knesset.
