Israeli forces have begun bulldozing Palestinian-owned land between the villages of Mirka and Qabatiya, south of Jenin, to build a military site and settler road, according to the Wafa news agency. Landowner Mohammad Abu Ma’ala said forces razed the land despite a pending legal objection, having given residents 72 hours to leave. He was forcibly evicted from his 700sq metres (7,534sq feet) poultry facility before forces returned with bulldozers, causing significant financial losses.
