Israeli forces threw gas bombs at farmers and volunteers as they tried to join the olive picking campaign in the town of an-Nazla ash-Sharqiya, northwest of Tulkarem, in the occupied West Bank. The Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission reported that the attack led to several people suffering from suffocation due to the toxic gas. Al Jazeera has verified social media footage of the attack on those joining the olive harvest.
