At least 50 Palestinians, including children and former prisoners, have been arrested across the occupied West Bank between last evening and this morning, according to a joint statement by the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society. The monitors said the arrests and field investigations took place in the governorates of Hebron, Tulkarem, Qalqilya, Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Jericho, and Tubas. As part of its large-scale military incursions into Jenin and Tulkarem, the Israeli army has systematically engaged in arrests and field investigations affecting dozens of families, the statement added.
