The Israeli army said it struck a military infrastructure site belonging to Yemen’s Houthi rebels at the Hodeidah port. The port is used by the Houthis “for the transfer of weapons supplied by the Iranian regime, in order to execute attacks against Israel and its allies”, the army said in a statement. “The strike was carried out in response to the repeated attacks by the Houthi terrorist regime against Israel,” including the launching of drones and surface-to-surface missiles towards Israel, it added.
