The Israeli army said it killed a Hezbollah commander in an air strike on southern Lebanon. It said in a statement that the Al Mansouri complex commander planned numerous attacks against Israel, was responsible for attempts to re-establish the Mansouri complex, and assisted in the transfer of weapons.
