The Israeli army said on Tuesday that it intercepted a missile fired from Yemen. “Following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in several areas in Israel, a missile that was launched from Yemen was intercepted,” the army said. The army said it shot down a missile fired from Yemen on Sunday and two others on Thursday. The Iran-backed Houthi rebels claimed attacks on both days. Israel’s Ben Gurion airport was the target.
