The Israeli army confirmed the deaths of 115 soldiers in the Gaza conflict, including 10 in a fierce battle in Shejaiya on Tuesday. “Yesterday afternoon, a force of Golani fighters entered a building, where they were met with heavy fire and fought with the terrorists,” military spokesman Admiral Daniel Hagari said. Nine of Tuesday’s deaths were from the Golani Brigade in a Hamas stronghold.
