Israeli army orders evacuation of ‘areas near Hezbollah sites’

Residents of Beirut, southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley say they have been told by the Israeli army to quickly evacuate all areas near “Hezbollah sites”. Information Minister Ziad Makary’s office received a call demanding the ministry headquarters be evacuated, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported. Mr Makary dismissed the call as “part of the psychological warfare adopted by the enemy”, NNA reported, but it was not immediately clear whether the building was evacuated.
