Israeli forces killed a Palestinian and injured another in an army raid near Nablus on Sunday morning, the official Wafa news agency has reported. Samer Rummaneh, 27, was declared dead after being shot and taken to the Rafidia Government Hospital during a raid on the Balata refugee camp. A 16-year-old was also shot in the back and wounded, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.
