The Israeli military said its siege of Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza city would last for “several more days”. The operation has entered its fifth day, with Israel threatening to blow up the building and ordering the evacuation of the complex. “The fighting continues inside the hospital buildings,” Israeli military spokesman Admiral Daniel Hagari said in a statement.
