Israel’s Ministry of Justice has published the names of 250 Palestinian detainees scheduled to be released under the hostage-detainee exchange agreement with Hamas. It is the first batch, with more expected to be freed in this phase of the truce. The International Committee of the Red Cross called for the release of Palestinian detainees and Israeli hostages to be carried out “safely and with dignity”.
