The Israeli military claimed on Saturday that it had killed Ezzam Abu Raffa, head of Hamas’ aerial forces who, it said, helped to plan the October 7 attack. It said that Abu Raffa was responsible for managing drones, aerial surveillance and targeting, paragliders, and the air defense of Hamas.
