Iran and the US were “inches away” from an “Islamabad MoU” following “intensive talks at highest level in 47 years,” Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi said yesterday. “We encountered maximalism, shifting goalposts and blockade,” he posted on X adding“Zero lessons earned. Good will begets good will. Enmity begets enmity.”
